Well, most of my colleagues at CITYGATE have planned their Christmas and New Year Holiday, some are packed and leaving for Cuba in a day or two. I assume many other real estate agents are not even in the mood to sell houses during this time.
BUT, surprise surprise, one of my listings in Mississauga is getting the most showings these days. I am hoping to unload this one asap as my client is very eager to move into a house early 2016.

So if you are one of those agents who is staying behind as like myself, go ahead and show this condo at 225 Webb Drive Unit 3003 and get me an offer. Let’s get this condo sold to your client…even if you send me an offer on new years eve, i’ll get it DONE….LOL
