Included in the 1% commission is full real estate service. From the time you call until your home is sold and the deal closed, i look after every step of the process personally. I answer buyers enquiry, my office arrange all showings. I handle all the marketing, I negotiate the sale…No upfront fees, No retainers, No marketing fees, No advertising cost to you. All you pay me is 1% and I will give your business 110%.
All my listings get the service of a professional photographer, I don’t take pictures with my phone. Color brochures featuring your listing are prepared. Your home gets featured on hundreds of real estate website in addition to those I personally manage and the national realtors website realtor.ca
Yes, I do hold open house for the public. Typically open house is done on weekends 1-4 pm. During the open house I handle all visitors, accompany them and during the tour of the house and follow up with them after.
I work closely with your lawyer to make sure that the transaction goes smooth. All conditions of sale such as inspection and financing is dealt with by me and your lawyer is kept up-to-date.
If you are happy with the service I provide you then I will ask for your future business and your referrals.
By the way; I also want to give you another assurance. If for any reason you are not happy with my service or if you decide not to sell your home; you can cancel your listing without any hassle whatsoever.
Remember to ask for this offer in writing when you are signing the listing agreement.
